President: Shreem Ramineni
Shreem has boy/girl twins in 6th grade and a daughter in 4rd grade, twin 14 year mini Goldendoodles that specialize in nuisance barking (kind of like her kids), and a 1 year old giant Sheepadoodle. She was president of the PTA at Franklin Sherman for the 2021-2022 school year and chaired fundraising at Country Day School for 3 years. Prior to helicopter parenting and hovering over her kids at school, she practiced as a tax attorney specializing in private wealth and estate planning. Not only is Shreem a competitive hip-hop dancer, but she also loves to travel, karaoke, tell long-winded stories, run, use her Peloton, and eat cookies.
President Elect: Jennifer Finnegan
Jennifer has three Haycock Cougars, daughters in 5th and 3rd grade as well as a son in Kindergarten. This is her first year on the executive committee, but she has coordinated the Sprout School Supply boxes for the past three years, run the Staff Appreciation Weeks for a year, and been a room parent for too many classrooms to count. Prior to becoming an over-committed parent volunteer, Jennifer was a federal lobbyist in the healthcare space. When she isn't playing chauffeur to three kids or hearing about her husband's latest round of golf, Jennifer enjoys traveling and dreaming up plans for her next trip. She also has mild obsession with crossword puzzles.

VP of Operations: Andreea Huzui
This is Andreea’s first year serving on the Board, and second year at Haycock. She has one daughter, Alexis, who is a 5th grader. VP of Social Events: Leah Socha
Leah has a son who just started at McLean High School and two daughters at Haycock—4 th and 3 rd graders. This is her fourth year as a Haycock parent, and her second year as the VP for Social at Haycock. She has been a room
parent since her oldest started kindergarten and loves any opportunity to plan fun events for the kids and school
community. Leah loves fitness—on weekends you can find her at the soccer field coaching her daughter and
several other Haycock students. She is also an avid reader (give her a memoir any day) and loves to talk about
her new favorite book. Leah is a native Ohioan and will always take the time to talk about the Browns, the
Guardians, or the Buckeyes.
VP of Community Affairs: David Fiske
David has a son in 6th grade at Haycock and a daughter in 2nd grade at Franklin Sherman. He has served as the Community Liaison for the Franklin Sherman PTA for several years and is happy to serve the Haycock community this year. David is also on the McLean Little League Board, serving as one of the Vice Presidents for the baseball program, and active in Scouting. He was a member of the McLean Citizens Board of Directors from 2019 to 2023 and remains a member of its Planning and Zoning Committee. Professionally, David has a Ph.D. in Physics and owns a small consulting firm working with government and finance sector clients.
VP of Curriculum Enhancement: Weina Dorsky
Weina has two boys at Haycock Elementary School: Miles (in 6th grade) and Jameson (in 4th grade). She previously served as the Business Friends liaison at Chesterbrook Elementary School for the past five years. She has also served as room parents for both her children. Weina works for the Department of Defense at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC, as the Director of Cybersecurity in the Unmanned Small Combatants (USC) Executive Office. In her spare time, when she's not shuttling her children to various activities, Weina loves to play tennis, piano, run, ski and travel.
