Pre-Registration Instructions

We are pleased to announce that we are launching a new and improved registration experience for the Winter Session classes.

Registration will begin on Wednesday January 4th at 9:00 p.m.
You can click here to review a list of the class offerings in advance of registration. 

If you are planning to register for Winter Session classes, please make sure that you are a registered user of haycockpta.org AND you know both your username and password for the site.  You will be required to enter your haycockpta.org username and password to begin the registration process.

1. If you are not yet a registered user on the website,  please Register Now.  Complete the registration process and allow 24 hours for your registration to be reviewed and approved.
2. If you can’t remember your user name - but are currently logged into the website - click on the MY ACCOUNT link in the top left corner of the home page.  First check that your email address is accurate.  Then click on USERNAME AND PASSWORD from the links on the left.  Your username will be displayed in the first box.  If you are not logged into the site and you do not know your username, contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for assistance.
3. If you can’t remember your password, first follow step 2 and make sure to note down your username and email address.  Then go to the homepage  of the website, and click the LOGOUT link in the upper left.  Once the page refreshes click LOGIN. Click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? and a new password will be sent to your email address.  You can then Log in with your username and new password.  However, after resetting your password, there could be a delay of up to 24hrs before you can access the ASA registration page. 

Please make sure that you know your user name and password prior to beginning registration.  Waiting to reset passwords until Wednesday night will result in a delay to your ability to register.

The Website team has spent many hours in the last few months designing and testing this new registration process.  We are hoping to have a “bug free” night, but ask for your patience should anything develop!
