After School Programs

Registration Instructions and Class Policies

REGISTRATION PERIOD: Registration for Fall 2010 classes will begin Wednesday, September 15th at 9:00pm (you may have to reload this page for the links to appear) and will continue until classes are filled. You must be registered with this web site and logged in in order to access registration forms.

EARLY ENTRIES WILL BE DELETED

HOW TO REGISTER: After reviewing the list of after school activity offerings, simply click on the “registration form” link located in the class description below and fill out the online after school activity registration form. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Online payment of fees is available for most classes.  To pay online, click the “add to cart” link at the end of the activity description.  If you are paying by check, a separate check is required for each class registration.  Checks should be submitted to the Haycock School office in an envelope addressed “After School Activities c/o the PTA contact person in charge”.  Checks should be made payable to Haycock PTA and in the memo section indicate your child’s name and after school program.  Note that registration is contingent upon receipt of payment.  If payment in full has not been received by the first class or if specified below, the class payment deadline date, then your child will forfeit their spot in the class and not be allowed to participate.

ENROLLMENT / WAIT LIST POLICY: Note that for each of the courses offered, the class enrollment maximum is listed.  Class enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.  Registration forms are time stamped when received.  After the class maximum enrollment has been reached, a wait list is formed.  The PTA contact person in charge of your after school activity will notify you via email of either your acceptance into the class or your place on the wait list.  If full payment has not been received by the payment deadline date specified for each activity, you will forfeit your spot in the class and the next applicant on the wait list will be notified of acceptance.  The wait list will not carry over to the next session’s registration.  A new wait list will be created at the time of subsequent registration periods.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Full or partial scholarships are available for those individuals in need of financial assistance.  If applicable, please contact Kelly Sheers at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and then register your child for the activity. 

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: No classes will be held on teacher work days or school holidays. Classes cancelled due to school closings or as a result of inclement weather may be rescheduled and made up.  No refunds will be given for missed classes.  Note any specific class cancellation policies and procedures in the class listings below.
