Keep our Schoolyard Green
Ten years ago the Haycock schoolyard was a moonscape. Now it is verdant and alive. It takes a lot of volunteer effort to keep it that way (and to keep “nature” from totally overrunning us). We need
• Landscaping: lead or help with weeding and mulching
• Volunteers for communal work nights (think community service)
• A pond guru
• A pruning czar

Volunteer to be a Cougar Woods Classroom Coordinator. Cougar Woods volunteers work with teachers to lead outdoor activities that support the curriculum. Lesson plans and training provided.
