Please note, this website requires user authentication to access many of its pages. Your registration must be approved by a PTA officer before you will be able to access sections of the site. This is to ensure the privacy of personal and family information. Thanks for your understanding.

Also note that "membership" for the website is not the same as membership in the PTA. This is still a paper process. We hope you will join. You can find the form on the home page.

If you receive an error message that you are "not authorized to perform this action", it is due to your firewall not allowing you to submit to secure forms.

While you are here, please take the time to enter your information for the Haycock directory. You will be able to log in and edit your profile at any time.

Special considerations for split/blended familes: The form below provides ample opportunity to add multiple addresses and points of contact for the online directory. However, the website works best with one account per 'family'. In the interest of sharing access to PTA info, you have the following options:

Add one or more email addresses to the Friends and Family mailing list (on the home page) so that all can receive the Hot Sheet and other official PTA notices.
Please consider sharing an account and login information. This gives each parent the opportunity to view the directory, register for after-school activities, etc. The site stores no personal information such as credit card numbers, and has no message board or other opportunity for confusion, so we see little downside to doing this.
If you simply can't share an account, please submit a second site registration, leaving the child info blank so duplicate records aren't created in the directory. Then, send an email to president@haycockpta.org explaining the situation so we know your request is legitimate.

Note, an account can only include children with one last name. Therefore, if a family includes children with more than one last name, multiple accounts will be required.
